Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team at Developmental Pathways. As a Physical Therapist - Evaluator, you will play a critical role in providing developmental strategies and conducting evaluations for children with physical, genetic, neurological, cognitive, and/or orthopedic disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct early intervention evaluations to determine eligibility for Early Intervention services.
- Use Early Intervention Colorado state-approved assessment tools to assess children's developmental needs.
- Develop and maintain working case files per department policies and procedures.
- Share evaluation results with families and provide next steps.
- Ensure adherence to Division for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/DIDD rules and regulations and agency policies and procedures in provision of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program.
- Two years experience in the relevant field.
- Specialty certification (ASHA or NBCOT).
- Active DORA licensure in Colorado.
- Demonstrated experience with specific programmatic concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or training in Developmental Assessment of Young Children 2 Edition (DAYC-2) or Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment (IDA).
- Training in Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) administration.
- Vision screening training.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for Early Intervention.
