Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide exceptional care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes.

Job Summary

A typical shift ranges from 8 to 16 hours, primarily on first and third shifts (mornings and overnights), with some mid-shift availability. You can work as much or as little as you like, making it an ideal fit for those seeking a flexible schedule.

Career Advancement

You will have the opportunity to work with prominent cases involving gastrostomy tubes (G-Tubes), tracheostomy (trach) tubes, and/or mechanical ventilators.

Location

This role is based in Farmers Branch, TX (75234).

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$43 per hour for RNs and $28-$30 per hour for LVNs, offering a competitive pay range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state where you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
