Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Line Cook to join our vibrant food truck operation. This role is crucial to our high-volume service environment, where quality and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize assigned cooking stations.
  • Complete necessary preparation tasks for service.
  • Cook food items to order, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Process transactions for food truck sales.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding preparation needs.
  • Execute service on the cooking line.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Clean and organize workstations at the end of shifts.
  • Follow the master cleaning schedule and complete assigned cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain accurate temperature logs and closing checklists.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols consistently.
