Job Description

We are seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by the state of Michigan. You will work alongside our team to maintain a compliant and efficient cultivation process.

Responsibilities
  • Room setup and daily maintenance
  • Cloning procedures
  • Plant transfers
  • Plant shaping and leaf defoliation
  • IPM applications
  • Trellis application
  • Plant harvesting
  • Dry room organization
  • Following organizational instructions without error
  • Log entries
  • Daily cleaning
  • Work efficiently and accurately
  • METRC and Seed to Sale compliance
  • SOP compliance
  • Unloading and loading of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Preparing cultivation rooms, materials, and tools
  • Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites
  • Conducting plant maintenance throughout the plant growth cycle
  • Ensuring facility sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining quality control for the scope of work produced
Requirements
  • Proven working experience
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Visual acuity, depth, and color perception
  • Ability to stand, squat, crawl, or twist
  • Commitment to safety
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • High school degree
