• Operate cooking machinery according to specified procedures to meet production targets, ensuring high-quality products are consistently delivered.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on cooking equipment to guarantee optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues with cooking machinery and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Adjust machine settings as required to meet product specifications, maintaining adherence to strict quality standards.
• Adhere strictly to HACCP, USDA, and other relevant food safety guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure product quality and safety, recording and maintaining accurate data on cooking parameters and production volumes.
• Clean and sanitize cooking and surrounding areas to maintain a hygienic work environment, promoting employee health and well-being.

• Prior experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is highly desirable, providing valuable knowledge of industry best practices.
