We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and completing other tasks as assigned.
- Support the sales process by processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving customer complaints.
- Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
