Mechanical Engineering Co-Op Position

Southwire is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op to join our team. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting, working on exciting projects and collaborating with talented peers and leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions through process instrumentation, integration, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ergonomic improvements and design enhancements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new processes and systems.
- Currently studying Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Ability to work 40-hour work weeks during rotation.
- Willingness and ability to commit to a minimum of 3 rotations.
