• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Sort and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a full-service setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends, as needed.
