Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the treatment provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and implement suitable physical therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to maintain exemplary standards of practice.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to meet patient goals.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and regular reassessments, adhering to established policies.
  • Address patient pain and functional limitations with appropriate interventions and physician collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's rehabilitation needs.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

Compensation: Starting at $50 USD per hour.
