We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our team at OneH2, Inc. as a Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Laser and Press Brake machinery to produce high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain Laser and Press Brake machinery to fabricate components from sheet metal or metal plates.
- Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs, ensuring optimal system performance and high-quality results.
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Utilize shop math skills to calculate measurements and angles.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in press brake operation.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and tool selection.
- Basic math skills and computer skills.
- Mechanical inclination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
