Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Public Health Trust of Dade Co, you will be instrumental in the coordination, oversight, and management of patient care resources. Your role will ensure the delivery of optimal healthcare services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will be responsible for defining, educating, implementing, and evaluating care standards utilizing the latest methodologies in case management.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience typically required

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience as a Utilization Review Case Manager RN preferred

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required

Licensure and Certifications

  • Florida RN license is mandatory
  • Case Management certification is preferred
  • Maintain necessary skills and certifications
