About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team. You will work closely with production teams to understand and resolve quality issues, and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement process control plans to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to identify and address process deviations
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Train and develop plant-wide resources on quality procedures and best practices
• Participate in advanced quality planning and launch activities to ensure successful product launches

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent quality/manufacturing experience
• 2+ years automotive experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality tools including MSA, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and SPC
