Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Assistant Teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of our young students in Palmetto, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's school readiness and social-emotional growth.
  • Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.
  • Assist with daily classroom routines, including snack time, outdoor play, and rest periods.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team approach.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Or, enrolled in a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or state equivalence program to be completed within two years of hire.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
