Job Description

At The Learning Experience, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters a love of learning.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
  • Develop young minds and inspire a love of learning using a growth mindset.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • High school diploma or Associates degree or CDA/High School Diploma.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
