Position Overview:
State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care. They are the backbone of our healthcare team, paving the way for future Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).


At Sycamorespring of Miamisburg, we are currently seeking dedicated STNAs to join our team, with immediate openings available for both Day and Night Shifts.


Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $21.50, depending on licensure and experience. Additional shift differentials are available for evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with mobility needs, such as positioning and transferring.
- Safely transport residents as required.
- Respond promptly to resident calls and needs.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation in residents' electronic medical records.
- Participate in mandatory training and educational sessions.
- Aid residents during meal times.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
- Strong documentation skills; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
- Proven work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- A compassionate attitude and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
- Patience and understanding in providing care to those in need.
