Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other team members.
  • Provide nursing care to residents, ensuring they receive appropriate care and attention.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately.
  • Assess resident health and notify physicians of changes in status.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to resident assessments and care planning.
Requirements:
  • Current state license to practice as a LPN.
  • 2 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
