Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Gemaire as a leader in the industry, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal and outside sales teams, vendors, and contractors to drive sales and resolve customer relations issues.
  • Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end-users.
  • Complete sales order process for customers, with a focus on up-selling associated items.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including sales, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
  • Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
