At Partnerships in CommunityLiving, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities.

About the Role

The Support Coordinator Assistant will work closely with our support professionals to provide essential supports and services to our clients. This may include assistance with daily living activities, such as food preparation, personal care, and implementing individualized support plans.

You will also have the opportunity to promote and implement our organization's mission in the lives of those we support, while providing a stable living environment that respects dignity, individual choice, and health and safety needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as food preparation, personal care, and implementing individualized support plans.
  • Work closely with our support professionals to ensure high-quality services are delivered to our clients.
  • Promote and implement our organization's mission in the lives of those we support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn agency applications.
  • Ability to interpret various instructions and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Enhanced math skills and the ability to accurately balance a budget and basic math transactions.
  • Professional, clear, and positive oral and written communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid out in increments at set milestones of your employment.
