Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee the Front End Operations, playing a crucial role in the selection and training of new personnel, conducting performance evaluations, assigning tasks, and managing recognition and disciplinary actions for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure team performance aligns with operational goals related to quality, timeliness, and customer service.
2. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and coordinate hiring processes.
3. Manage daily operational workflows, including communication with both internal and external clients, and address any customer-related issues.
4. Implement best practices for operational excellence and seek opportunities for automating repetitive processes.
5. Direct training initiatives for team members on workflow and contractual changes.
6. Analyze operational statistics and report findings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
7. Monitor and manage operational expenses effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective prioritization and delegation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and human anatomy.
- Proficient in analyzing information, problems, and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Experience with case management programs.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience managing a team of 20 or more staff members.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $105,000. QTC Management, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, performance bonuses, health and wellness programs, student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, paid leave, and retirement plans.
