Cath Lab RN FT Days Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

The role is responsible for supervising staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan direct clinical care to assigned patients
  • Implement and evaluate care to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and resource management
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Nursing required
  • One year of telemetry experience preferred
  • CCRN preferred
  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR required
  • American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire
