\t* Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to provide the highest quality of patient care
\t* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
\t* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
\t* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
\t* Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies and procedures
\t* Ensure confidentiality of patient health information
\t* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
\t* Perform other duties as assigned
