**Job Summary**

Threemile Canyon Farms is seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our facilities team as a Janitorial Assistant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, common areas, and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas to ensure a clean and comfortable workspace.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Dust furniture and equipment to prevent dust buildup and maintain a clean environment.
• Polish metalwork to maintain a high level of shine and cleanliness.
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills to maintain a clean and clear view.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Replenish bathroom supplies to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
• Replace light bulbs to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Deliver messages and transport small equipment or tools between departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Set up tables and chairs in training centers and break rooms to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Self-starter and able to perform tasks without outside help.
