Responsibilities:- Oversee mail and print services operations for Schneider.
- Identify cost savings opportunities and productivity improvements.
- Lead a team of mail and print services associates to deliver superior results.
- Manage team members' schedules to ensure production needs are met.
- Assist with print technician duties as needed.
- Respond to tracking incidents and service calls for equipment, software, and technology.
- Work with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Provide training to the team regarding new policies, procedures, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience working in a print or mail facilities preferred.
- Experience completing pre-press activities, operating digital or ink jet presses, and working with finishing equipment (book making, book binding, cutting, scoring, folding, inserting, etc.).
- Solid leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
