Job Title: Direct Care Staff

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Staff member. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and person-centered care.
  • Provide education and training to individuals on life skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs.
