Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Randstad. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements related to Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities, recommending tailored solutions to address business needs.
  • Lead the implementation of new features and system upgrades, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered with minimal disruption.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all requests, incidents, and problems logged in the ticketing system.
  • Act as the primary contact for urgent, escalated, and complex support issues, managing the escalation process and ensuring stakeholders are informed.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in business systems analysis, systems support, financial systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
