Your Role:As a hospitalist, you will collaborate within a dedicated team of physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing and managing direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Referring patients to specialists and coordinating care with relevant healthcare providers.
- Training and supervising medical students and residents in various procedures.
- Collaborating with advanced practice providers to enhance patient care.
- Directing and coordinating the activities of nursing and support staff as necessary.
Base Salary:
$292,050.
Productivity Compensation:
$45.00 per wRVU over 4300
Quality Incentive:
up to $12,500.00
Qualifications:
We value individuals with a commitment to excellence. Therefore, we require:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
- Completion of residency training in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in the relevant specialty.
- Active, unobstructed medical license in the state of practice, or the ability to obtain one.
- Successful completion of the credentialing process.
