Engineering Services Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Services Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and maintain all building systems to ensure efficient performance and extend their lifespan
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fires, evacuations, and equipment failures
- Document completed work and update work order statuses in our computerized maintenance management system
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintenance guidelines
- Supervise critical work efforts, including managing third-party contractors, to ensure safe and compliant operations and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Possess a valid trade license, completion of an apprenticeship program, or equivalent vocational certification in a relevant trade
- Previous experience working in a life sciences environment is desired, demonstrating familiarity with the unique requirements and regulations of the industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs effectively
- Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and technology relevant to conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 USD per year, including bonus, if applicable. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
