Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team at InterChange Group, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklift equipment to load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Direct products to the correct area within the warehouse and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report any faulty equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with RFID and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime, days, and/or evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to read numbers and labels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs. frequently.
