We are looking for a collaborative individual with foundational mechanical skills who is eager to enhance their hands-on experience in the powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and unload inventory
  • Document any shipping damages thoroughly, including photographic evidence and required repair parts, and communicate these to the Service Advisor or Service Manager
  • Assemble powersports vehicles following the manufacturer's checklist
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workshop each morning and after completing each task
  • Prepare units for display or delivery
  • Inspect fluids, tire pressure, and make necessary adjustments on all vehicles exiting the service department
  • Conduct basic maintenance and oil changes as requested
  • Change and install tires
  • Support management with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a powersports dealership performing basic maintenance and vehicle assembly is preferred
  • Able to maneuver large motorcycles, some weighing up to 850 pounds
  • Motorcycle endorsement is a plus
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Possession of a basic toolset for vehicle assembly is advantageous
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with Managers, Technicians, and Customers
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Availability to work a 40-50 hour week, including weekends
