Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an overnight shift in Cheltenham, Montgomery County. This role involves providing high-quality patient care to individuals who require medical assistance in their homes.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and perform routine medical procedures
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with G-Tube and tracheotomy patients preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
