Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Healthcare Professional to join our team for a travel opportunity in Amarillo, Texas.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and developing plans of care for various patient populations in an acute care setting. Key tasks include overseeing PTAs and therapy technicians, billing within facility guidelines, complying with state regulations, and collaborating with medical center personnel to ensure a comprehensive plan of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and create personalized plans of care
  • Modify plans as needed based on patient condition
  • Interface with medical staff to ensure effective care coordination
  • Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist (PT). BLS certification and state-specific licensure are also required.

Physical demands of the job include standing and walking for extended periods, as well as bending, leaning, or stooping without difficulty.
