Job Summary

The Patient Navigator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless patient access and coordination throughout the healthcare system. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce barriers to care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with payor regulations.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote effective use of healthcare resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field; or Associate's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field with two years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Three years' experience in a healthcare setting, including one year of experience in patient access or coordination.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
