Mortgage Inspector

NOFS is seeking a skilled Mortgage Inspector to conduct inspections on residential properties to ensure occupancy status. As a Mortgage Inspector, you will be responsible for delivering delinquency letters, conducting insurance inspections, and utilizing inspection software to document and report findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status
• Deliver delinquency letters and conduct insurance inspections
• Utilize inspection software to document and report findings
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed
• Meet performance metrics and deadlines

Requirements:

• Driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• 6 months of experience in the inspections field or as a 1099 employee
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Proficient with technology and able to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
