Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Private Duty RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards.
  • Complete clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements.
  • Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state program requirements.
  • Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets the needs of the patient and initiates plan of care revisions as needed with physician approval.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in state of Tennessee.
  • Current drivers license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification required.
