  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, socialization, and homemaking.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervisors.
  • Document patient observations, activities, and services provided.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for infection control and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience in healthcare or completion of our preceptor program.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Work is normally performed in patients' homes.
  • Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials.
  • Able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach freely.
  • Able to frequently lift, reposition, and transfer clients/patients.
