We are looking for Licensed Insurance Agents, ideally with experience in Medicare sales.

The Medicare Basics is in search of Florida-based, Licensed and Experienced Insurance Agents for both Part-Time and Full-Time Remote Positions.

As a licensed, appointed, and certified Medicare secondary tele-digital agency, we empower our agents to conduct business over the phone. We are licensed in 33 states and collaborate with nearly every major provider, ensuring our agents can offer the most suitable plans for beneficiaries. Our focus includes Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary plans, allowing us to operate throughout the year. We exclusively utilize inbound leads, connecting you with prospects who are eager to engage.

Compensation Structure:

Hourly pay plus:

  • Tiered Commission Structure: The more you sell, the higher the commission.
  • Residual Income: Monthly payments on your entire book of business every year.

Inbound Pre-Qualified Calls. No Cold Calling.

Retention Department: Dedicated support to maintain and assist your clients, allowing you to concentrate on expanding your business.

Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (may vary depending on Enrollment Period).

Job Type: Permanent
