Porter/Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Charles Tini Associates Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping and mopping hallways, cleaning offices and community rooms, and removing bulk trash.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including sweeping and mopping hallways, cleaning offices and community rooms, and removing bulk trash.
• Perform snow removal for sidewalks and other areas as needed.
• Clean units prior to rental.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
