Job Summary

As a CVOR Certified Surgical Tech at AdventHealth, you will be part of a team that believes in the wholeness of each person and serves to uplift others in body, mind, and spirit. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate surgical technician to join our team in the Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with patient care in surgery by performing technical and delegated duties under general supervision.

Function as a member of the surgical team, providing care to patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric.

Adhere to AdventHealth's Corporate Compliance Plan and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

Current, valid State of Florida license as a Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) or completion of an RN training program.

Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).

BLS certification.
