As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will provide home-based services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. **Responsibilities**

* Provide physical therapy services to children in their homes

**Requirements**

* Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
* New York State licensure in Physical Therapy
