**Salary:** We offer a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential, making this an attractive opportunity for skilled dentists looking to grow their careers.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide dental services to patients primarily between the ages of 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on the location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while promoting a positive image of the company.

**Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing dental services with the support of their team, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. They will also participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company, including morning huddles and community outreach programs.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have a DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program, a current valid license to practice dentistry in the required states, and certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (as required by specific locations). Compassion, strong communication skills, and a desire to work with children and adults are essential qualities for this position.
