Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of patients across various age groups. This role includes collaborating with other nursing staff to manage patient care effectively. The Staff Nurse will also take on charge nurse responsibilities as needed, ensuring high-quality care for all patients.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Current RN license in California
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- At least six months of experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to maintain focus amidst frequent interruptions
- Proficient in reading work products and computer outputs
- Capable of performing mathematical calculations
- Strong attention to detail and concentration
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions regarding patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Compensation Information
