Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams to successful outcomes.
- Strong technical skills in Solidworks, AutoCAD Inventor, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience working in an industrial setting, such as machining, fabrication, welding, or machine design.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems.
- Experience with CAPEX projects and project management software.
