Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and have knowledge of Auto-Client, Basics of PowerShell, and Exchange Admin Center. Additionally, experience with Security & Compliance center, Troubleshooting for Outlook & Calendar issues, and O36-messaging is highly desirable. Linux/Unix and proof point skills are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Outlook, Calendar, and O36-messaging
  • Configure and manage Auto-Client and Exchange Admin Center
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security and compliance best practices
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Auto-Client, Basics of PowerShell, and Exchange Admin Center
  • Experience with Security & Compliance center, Troubleshooting for Outlook & Calendar issues, and O36-messaging
