">Job Description:
">This role is responsible for providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The primary goal is to provide patient-centered care while maintaining a safe environment for patients, families and staff.
">Responsibilities:
">- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment
- Conduct routine vital signs, medication administration, and wound care as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
">A registered nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing is required for this role. Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire is also necessary.

">We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary ranging between $60,000-$90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
