Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
- Sales and Service Excellence: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Lobby Engagement and Product Knowledge: Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
- Education and Experience: Roles at this level typically require 1+ years of related experience, with a high school diploma or GED, but may consider a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in banking products and services.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail banking, customer relationship management, and sales.
