At Fairview Range, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team in Hibbing, MN.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and oversee unit operations for a shift when functioning as charge nurse.
Responsibilities:- Perform a total systems assessment according to established policies upon admission, as well as ongoing assessments.
- Analyze assessment data, identify problems and develop the plan of care in collaboration with the patient, significant other and resource personnel.
- One year Medical/Surgical and/or Pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years.
- Current Minnesota RN licensure.
- Current BLS certification or obtains within 3 months of employment and maintains certification.
- Current PALS certification or obtains within 12 months of employment and maintains certification.
- Current BCS or acquires within three months of employment and maintains certification.
