We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Nature Coast Dental Care. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional oral health care to our patients.

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing a range of services including routine cleanings, exams, and patient education. You will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and expertise, working closely with our experienced doctors and hygienists.

Requirements
  • Current License: Hold a current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Clinical Experience: Possess excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Any years of clinical experience, with a preference for experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to Learn: Demonstrate a desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients. A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.
