- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and other care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, using established procedures and protocols to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Manage Emergency Situations: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating the necessary skills and knowledge to handle critical situations.
- Education and Licensure: Associate degree in Practical Nursing from an accredited college and current Wisconsin LPN license.
- Certifications and Skills: Current BLS (CPR) certification and strong communication, documentation, and organization skills.
- Interpersonal and Physical Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills, including attention to detail, compassion, listening, empathy, patience, cooperation, and dependability. Ability to lift, transport, and support patients as needed.
- Competitive Pay: Up to $30.25 per hour, including shift differential pay for night shifts.
