You'll begin with an extensive customer-centric retail sales training program that empowers you to create an exceptional in-store experience and help customers build their perfect sleep sanctuary.

We believe that everyone deserves a great night's sleep, and that's why we invest in every new sales associate coming on board. Our education path is designed to support all new sales associates' learning proficiency for specialty retail, and you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus after six months of employment.

As a Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate professionals who share your commitment to helping people sleep well. The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
