Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing individualized health care plans, administering medication, and providing episodic care to students as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students in collaboration with school staff nurses.
  • Administer medications and provide episodic care to students as needed.
  • Respond to students' health needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use electronic health information systems to document student health data and track progress.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
